Created by athlete and founder Kennedi Owens alongside her mother, Kristen Owens, Sken was born from a need for body care that could keep up with active lifestyles without feeling heavy or leaving residue behind. What started as a personal solution became a brand focused on high-performance formulas that support healthy skin.

Kennedi Owens is the founder of Sken and a student-athlete driven by a passion for solving real-world problems through innovation. At just nine years old, she launched Sweet Skin, a kid-friendly skincare line that included deodorant, body wash, lotion, and lip gloss.

As her understanding of skincare and consumer needs evolved, so did the brand. Sweet Skin became Phunk Off, a performance-driven spray deodorant created for athletes and active lifestyles. Today, that vision continues through Sken—a broader approach to body care built around healthy skin, thoughtful formulas, and products designed to keep up with movement.

As both an athlete and entrepreneur, Kennedi continues to lead the brand’s creative direction and product development with a focus on performance, innovation, and healthy skin.

Kristen Owens is the Chief Operating Officer of Sken, where she leads the company’s business strategy, operations, and long-term growth.
